How to apply
Apply to your wrist, behind your ears, back of your neck & in your elbows.
Another good idea is to add to the arch of your foot.
Essential oils are amazing and can travel to the area that needs it the most.
Can inhale the oil from the bottle if need be as well.
Caution
Please do not apply to the temple as it has peppermint in it which will affect the eyes.
