This session is mainly to see how the treatment plan is working for you and it includes a one-hour massage for lymphatic drainage and relaxation full body massage. Massage includes full body, from the top of your head down to the bottom of your feet. Tummy is included in this and if you do not want it, let us know at the start of the consultation.
