Apply to the wrist, behind the ear and at the base of the neck when needed during the day. Please do not apply 100% pure essential oil to your skin.

Made with 100% pure essential oil of melissa, lavender, tangerine and lime. Carrier oil used is coconut oil or sweet almond oil. Unless blend says pure than no carrier oil is added.
